Saucy Topped Bakers | Spoon luscious cheese sauce, laden with chunks of ham and veggies, over fluffy baked potatoes.

| Microwave zucchini in 2 tbsp (25ml) water on HIGH 1-2 minutes; drain. In 1 1/2 qt (1.5L)
microwaveable dish, melt butter on HIGH for 30 seconds. Add green onion and garlic;
microwave on HIGH for 1 minute. Stir in flour, mustard, salt, pepper; add milk gradually.
Microwave on HIGH, 2-4 minutes, stirring once until sauce is thickened. Stir in cheese, ham and vegetables.
Spoon over opened, baked potatoes.
